To ensure a safe, peaceful, and high-quality experience for all residents and guests at Rubu@Golf, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
- Only registered and booked guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Outside guests are strictly not allowed to stay overnight.
- If someone is visiting you during your stay, we prefer that you meet them in the resort’s designated common areas, as there are many suitable meeting spaces within the property.
- Any visiting guest must provide valid identity documents to management/security for verification. This is required to ensure everyone’s safety.
- No pets allowed inside the apartment or premises.
- No loud music, parties, or large gatherings that may disturb neighbors or the resort environment.
- No smoking inside the apartment. (Smoking only in designated outdoor areas if available.)
- As this is a private resort property, each checked-in guest must complete the online guest form and submit passport details for security and validation purposes. This helps maintain safety standards and a secure environment for all.
